She's from La Pucelle Tactics. One of the alternate endings hinted that she would become a demon overlord after killing all the monsters in one of the areas of the game. So her appearance in Disgaea is a nod toward that ending.

I got them from the Disgaea Media CD; it's got all the character artwork and stuff from the game, plus all the story mode levels. It's pretty cool if you can still locate it.
